As a graduating mechanical student,I found this book a helpful resource of informations in my designing of landing gears for my project,. It covers most of details I needed with illustrated descriptions.Some of the images and drawing are not clear due to poor printing qulity, but that dosen't minimize the importance of them.

Excellent, technical reference for all landing gear design for light aircraft. It covers basic and very detailed information and calculations for the design of landing gear.
There is way more information here than I will ever need, but it will make a great reference.
